Wenner Bread leverages lean training to reduce scrap, improve profitability!

I was excited about the lean training from the beginning because I believed this will give us more tools that we can use in the management of both facilities in regards to cost reduction, organization and procedure. It was great to see everyone become engaged as we went thru each training.

I see our management team taking ownership of these techniques starting with the projects we all completed and I look forward to working with them moving forward to continue this approach to improve our daily operations of the bakery. I hope to continue to work with you and Frank to further assist us in any way necessary to ensure a proper approach to areas we wish to apply lean techniques
